The problem is that when a "transient" window is opened, i.e., the "Find"
window from Netscape, it appears with no borders, frames, or other method of
grabbing and moving the window.

There are 3 files that need to be modified for the 3 window manager styles
available with with AnotherLevel-0.5-2 which is the default window manager for
Fermi Red Hat Linux 5.0.2.

Using FVWM 95:

Edit /etc/X11/AnotherLevel/decors/Fvwm95 and change line 57 from this:

Style "*" NoIcon

to this:

Style "*" NoIcon, DecorateTransient

Using Lesstif:

Edit the /etc/X11/AnotherLevel/decors/Mwm file and add the following at about
line #44:

# To get borders and handles on transient windows:
BorderStyle Active -- HiddenHandles NoInset
BorderStyle Inactive -- HiddenHandles NoInset
Style "*" Handles, HandleWidth BORDER_WIDTH, BorderWidth 10, StickyIcon
Style "*" DecorateTransient

Using AfterStep:

Edit /etc/X11/AnotherLevel/decors/Afterstep file and add the following around
line #47

# To get borders and handles on transient windows:
Style "*" DecorateTransient
